Initial intake interview-Review of Orders, taking of background information on all parties, exchange of concerns of all parties, signing of acknowledgment of by-laws and waivers: $80.00.

$75.00 the 1st hour, $45.00 for each additional hour.

A sliding scale is available using the same criteria employed by the Circuit Court, ie, SSI recipients, Cash Assistance recipients, etc.

Video charge is $150.00. Allow 14 days for processing.

Copy of file notes pertaining to the visits are available for $100.00.

Overview report from an attorney is $125.00.

A one time fee of $80.00 enables parties to sit down, review guidelines with Phoenix House for Families staff, as well as to familiarize our staff with specific concerns of both parties. A copy of all orders will be kept on site for reference.
Court order at initial consultation is required.
